Is COD available?
COD is available for eligible pincodes and order values. The checkout flow validates COD before order confirmation.
How do I check fabric opacity?
Each product includes an opacity indicator, fabric name, care note, and prayer-friendly tags where applicable.
Can I request a return?
Signed-in customers can request a return from the Returns & Refunds page for eligible orders. Admin can approve, reject, or refund requests.
Do you suggest matching caps and attars?
Yes. Product pages and lookbook sections include complete-the-look suggestions for caps, attars, suiting, and prayer-ready layers.
How does loyalty work?
The loyalty UI and database model are prepared. Final point earning and redemption rules should be configured before launch.
